JOB PURPOSE:

To develop, in coordination with the project manager, the activities of planning, scheduling, document management, cost control, risk management, and reporting of a nuclear project

JOB CONTEXT/ENVIRONMENT:

As part of the Project Management team, the role can be based at a company office with some flexibility to work from home. Ad hoc travel to company, supplier and customer sites will be required

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.Creation of baseline programme

2.Reporting progress and updating the programme following changes

3.Assessing the critical path and proposing actions to mitigate associated risks

4.Monitoring cost and time versus the baseline plan / budget

5.Reporting project costs and cash flow position

6.Reporting project performance against KPIs

7.Identifying, monitoring and analysing risks in coordination with the project management team

8.Managing the project documentation, incoming (customer documentation and outgoing (deliverables), maintaining registers up to date

9.Analysing actual position and forecasting end of project position

10.Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals

11.To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the role.
