Job Title: Picker Packer - E-commerce Fulfilment
Location: Cannington, Near Bridgwater
Job Type: Full time, 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our clients fast paced and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and timeliness. This job will suit someone who enjoys autonomy in their job and flexible working options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack products according to customer order requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of packed orders.
- Undertake weekly stock counts on selected units.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in an ambient environment.
- Producing shipping labels for shipments prior to despatch
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment centre is preferred.
- Assembling, packing and sealing flat pack boxes
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Numerate
- Computer literate (Microsoft packages + ERP System)
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20kg).
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Ability to operate a small bottling line
- Self-motivated and working to strict daily shipment deadlines
