Position: Handyperson
Location: Bridgwater
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: £16.50 - £18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance tasks across the site.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs and adjustments.
- Replace and maintain light fittings and lamps.
- Adjust and maintain doors, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
- Carry out basic Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) checks as required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar maintenance role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
