My client is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join their collaborative, multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality, professional clinical services to the workforce. This role is essential in maintaining the health and wellbeing of employees, and you will work alongside a team of experts to ensure a holistic approach to occupational health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver health surveillance services and manage escalations with the support of Occupational Health Technicians.
  • Provide professional advice, support, and guidance to employees on-site.
  • Assess new clients presenting to Occupational Health and evaluate their fitness to work.
  • Perform clinical assessments of clients presenting with minor illness and injury.
  • Work closely with the Senior OH Advisor to monitor, advise, and assess the clinical practice of the Occupational Health team.
  • Ensure clinical assessment skills are regularly updated in line with best practices.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in Occupational Health is essential.
  • Experience working in A&E, intensive care, or similar environments is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation.
  • Registered Nurse (Part 1) with a valid NMC registration.

Working Hours:

Part-time position (Monday - Wednesday).
8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health.
Relevant Occupational Health Diploma.
