Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily occupational health operations
- Conduct health surveillance and fitness for work assessments
- Deliver high-quality case management and health education
- Mentor and support less experienced team members
- Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and maintain professional standards
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN; Occupational Health diploma/degree preferred
- Experience: Strong background in occupational health, case management, and health surveillance
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and IT skills; proactive and adaptable
