General Manager – Somerset - £65k – Independent Education
We are working with a well-established national catering provider who are on the hunt for the role of General Manager for a fantastic independent school in Somerset.

About the role:
You will be catering for roughly 1500 across this beautiful Boarding school which has an extensive range of nationalities amongst its pupils. The school has a significant volume of hospitality and requires someone with excellent client relationship skills and mentoring experience to lead and train the team.
Ideal General Manager:
- Experience in Contract Catering ideally in independent schools or B&I. Alternatively someone from a high-end hotels background would be considered
- Financial understanding and P&L management along with experience developing budgets
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Proven experience developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience
- Most of all, you will need to be a real foodie!
