As the HR Manager, you will have a varied, interesting & enjoyable role working with a fantastic team both here in the UK & in Scandinavia. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including but not limited to: Personal Administration, Recruitment & Onboarding, Payroll & general office management duties.

This is a full-time position, with an early finish on Fridays, allowing for a healthy work-life balance and the chance to enjoy all that Bridgwater and the surrounding area has to offer.
The role
- HR Manager - UK & Scandinavia
- Management of holiday calendars, staff absence, and sickness records
- Recruitment, JD's, benchmark checks, draft offers, Right to Work checks, temp payroll confirmations, and fee negotiations
- Dealing with personnel issues, queries and support of line managers
- Probations and performance reviews & training and development, personnel files, legislation advice
- General office management duties - Filing, Scanning of documents, travel arrangements, staff events etc.
The person
- Bachelor's degree combined with minimum of 5 years HR experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with collaborative working abilities
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
- Confidentiality and proactive attitude
- Ability to manage a varied workload and communicate with Scandinavian locations
