About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR and Recruitment Assistant to join our growing team at a specialised educational provision. This is a 12-month maternity cover position, with possibility to be ongoing.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a strong understanding of recruitment processes. Our school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for students aged 5-18 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH). As an 'Outstanding' Ofsted-rated school, we offer a personalised curriculum and dedicated support to help our students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising to onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems.
