There is no focus on targets or having to bill certain numbers of hours. the only focus is on quality of service to your client base, which more often than not ensures repeat business through word of mouth into the firm. This is a stand alone role although you'll benefit from having secretarial support. Ideally you'll have upwards of 3 years PQE. Typically the firm attracts high quality matters relating to Divorce, Finances, Private Child - all privately funded matters. The firm are in a rural location and often it's quite large purses being split. You will relish the autonomy in the role and you will be someone who is absolutely driven by level of service to the client. You should have a good personality, be hardworking and ambitious and ready to make yourself the "go-to" person for the area..The firm can offer some flexibility on hours but not on hybrid working, they do feel being in the office is the best way to work. There is free parking on site but also the salary package is usually at the higher end of the market.
