We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Admin Assistant to join our team in Bridgewater! This is a fantastic opportunity to significantly contribute to a dynamic construction project. We're a welcoming team, and we're looking for someone who'll be a great fit.

About the Role

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our project, supporting a team of 20+ individuals. This involves a variety of tasks including:

  • Managing daily paperwork, spreadsheets, and briefing registers for 5 rigs operating daily,

  • Utilizing BIM software (highly desired) to track crucial project information and maintain the daily briefing register.

  • Ordering supplies (PPE, stationery), processing NCRs, and managing weekly maintenance sheets.

  • Transferring information from approximately 200 pieces of handwritten paperwork daily into our digital systems.

  • Assisting with scanning timesheets and other documents to enhance efficiency.

  • Maintaining comprehensive filing systems, including site correspondence and document control.

  • Collaborating effectively with a fantastic team, including the Project Manager and Site Engineers.

About You

The ideal candidate possesses the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and Word (essential).

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within a construction or similar environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail—accuracy is paramount due to the nature of the information handled.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Willingness to work in a portacabin (heaters provided!)

  • Immediate availability is a significant advantage!
