Location: Bristol
JOB PURPOSE:
To support the Project Management team with administration tasks and document control responsibilities ensuring the successful completion of projects on time.
JOB CONTEXT/ENVIRONMENT:
Based in our Bristol office, the job holder will be working with a project team of 10 to 15 people supporting directly the delivery of a project.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
2.Ensure project documentation registers (incoming and outgoing) are maintained to the required standards within the management system
3.Reviewing documents and making quality checks before formal recording and issuance
4.Ensure Document Management System (Sharepoint) is maintained and up to date
5.Support on administration tasks on a number of projects:
a.Formatting of key documents, reports
b.Making team members travel arrangements,
c.Recording travel expenses for project invoicing,
d.Carrying out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the role.
6.Support internal audits to ensure compliance with procedures and implement corrective actions as necessary
