We are currently working with a truly global manufacturer of mechanical equipment for some of the more interesting projects in the World. With heavy builds across highly regulated industries, they have presences across Europe and the US, manufacturing everything from Space Rockets to specialist handling systems across the nuclear industry.

They are looking for a Deputy Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis who has experience with heavy assembly projects from a highly regulated industry. The first project will be based at Hinkley Point C on a 10/4 rotation, with their next project on Sizewell already lined up.

The role will include:

  • Working in conjunction with another Site Manager to Assemble, Commissioning, Testing and Maintaining heavy machinery within a Steel Environment.
  • Working with a team of multidisciplined engineers to ensure all deliverables are met in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure Management instructions are adhered to within budget and reporting on site activities and issues.
  • Working with the company's head office in Europe.


In return you'll receive a salary of up to 85k + 1,200 a month towards accommodation whilst at Hinkley, a pension matched up to 8%, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Life and Health insurance.

There is overtime available, and they would expect an increase of up to 20% on this salary for overtime.
