Temporary Works Supervisor

Temporary Works Supervisor sought for a contractor on Hinkley Point C nuclear project.

Location is Bridgwater, Somerset.

Site based position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Temporary Works on-site, ensuring inspections and compliance.
• Reporting into senior managment, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Collaborate with contractors to ensure proper Temporary Works designs are in place before construction.
• Identify and address potential Temporary Works issues.
• Ensure all design decisions follow formal approval processes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Strong understanding of Temporary Works, CDM and BS 5975: 2019.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil/structural engineering, ideally on large projects.
• Experience working as a Temporary Works Supervisor for contractors.

Essential Qualifications:

• CITB Temporary Works Supervisor.
• SMSTS or equivalent.

Desirable:

• Experience with the Hinkley Point C project.
• Knowledge of confined spaces and scaffolding, with CIRSC card.

Long term contract.

All inclusive day rate between £280 to £390 depending upon payroute.
