What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 6 RMN and play a key role in supporting adults with mental health difficulties in a community setting. In this role, you will:

• Hold and manage a caseload independently• Complete risk assessments and monitor mental state• Deliver brief therapeutic interventions• Participate in duty cover, assessments, and clinics• Work closely with MDTs to ensure holistic, high-quality care

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid NMC registration and pin• Experience in adult community mental health settings• Confidence to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills• A motivated, flexible, and adaptable approach

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 9-5 and is entirely face-to-face. The role is for up to 3 months initially, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
