Our automotive HGV client is currently recruiting for a Contract Administration Supervisor to support their aftermarket team in Somerset with a number of their major contracts.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Administration Supervisor to manage all contract administration functions and support the training of new personnel. This role will involve overseeing stock checks and movement, as well as ensuring the timely and accurate processing of monthly invoicing and other contract administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily administration functions across all contract sites, providing technical support and training to new staff.

  • Oversee the ordering and distribution of corporate workwear and consumables.

  • Manage payroll operations efficiently and accurately.

  • Monitor, report, and forecast financial spend to maintain budgetary control.

  • Ensure all monthly fixed and chargeable invoices are processed accurately and on time.

  • Identify and action any necessary credits in alignment with company policies.

Accountabilities & Commitments:

  • Effective management of all administration staff.

  • Regular reporting and KPI tracking.

  • Compliance with all regulatory and company documentation requirements.

  • Stock control and oversight.

  • Work In Progress (W.I.P) management.
