Reed is recruiting for an Office Administrator in Bridgwater on a part time, permanent basis.

This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with multiple facets of the business, providing essential administrative support across various departments.

The position allows for flexible working hours between 18 and 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with specific hours negotiable during the interview process.

Salary: Full time equivalent £25,000- £27,000

Duties:

Provide administrative support across several departments including sales, supply chain, technical areas, and seasonal projects.

Process customer orders and provide timely updates.

Liaise with the warehouse regarding stock availability and product specifications.

Monitor product trends and update the company CRM system accordingly.

Manage and organise schedules and meetings for various departments.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and promptness.

Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation.

Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems efficiently.

Coordinate and support departmental events and activities.

Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Proven administrative experience.

Any exposure to working in a manufacturing setting would be beneficial.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly adaptable and capable of working effectively in a team environment.

Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently.
