Job Description:
Contract Options is seeking a qualified and motivated Chef to work at a probation center in Glogan House, Bridgewater. This ongoing temporary role requires someone who can deliver high-quality meals while maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and serve meals to meet the required standards
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and stock control
- Ensure that all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are strictly followed
- Work efficiently to meet the needs of the residents and staff
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef, preferably in a similar setting
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management
- Ability to work well independently and manage time effectively
- A flexible, positive approach to the role
- Enhanced DBS Check(Required)
- Valid driving license(Preferred)
