• Manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters
• Work closely with clients, providing expert legal advice and support

• Handle cases related to will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, and challenges or defences involving estates
• Offer specialist advice on disputes involving trustee actions, deputyship matters, financial abuse, and professional negligence claims
