Part Time Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process customer orders and provide updates.
  • Liaise with the warehouse regarding stock availability and product specifications.
  • Monitor product trends.
  • Update the company CRM system.
  • Manage and organise schedules and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in preparing reports and other documents.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate and support departmental events and activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
