JOB TITLE: Temporary HR Administrator - Starting Immediately

LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset

HOURLY RATE: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour (DOE)

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday (39 hours, flexible on start and finish times)

THE ROLE: We are recruiting for a well-organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a leading business who have an excellent local reputation. You will be supporting a busy HR department with a variety of administration duties. This is a temporary role, starting immediately until September 2025 therefore you must be able to commit to the full duration of the role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing HR systems and records accurately
  • Communicating with external parties and internal employees
  • Providing support to various departments
  • Conduct weekly reviews of long-term absence cases to ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
  • Attending and documenting meetings when required
  • Supporting the team with HR projects
  • Completing letters relating to new HR cases and disciplinary/grievance meetings
  • Managing diaries and booking meetings

KEY SKILLS:

  • Prior administration experience with an exposure to HR
  • Strong IT and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
