Job Title:
Training Instructor

Description & Background:
We're seeking an experienced Training Instructor to join the NSA EPR Project Training Team, supporting the delivery of occupational training using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) methodology. This role offers an opportunity to shape training delivery for a significant nuclear power project, with internal training provided to support your development.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training across all client business levels
  • Analyze training requests and identify capability gaps
  • Design and develop new training materials
  • Gather and interpret site data and training statistics
  • Maintain training administration and tracking systems
  • Support Group Head of NSA EPR Project Training
  • Manage external training service providers
  • Set and implement SMART actions
  • Participate in team forward planning
  • Represent NSA EPR Project Training at meetings
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and team members
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Experience Required:

  • Thorough training system knowledge
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Effective influencing and coaching abilities
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proven team collaboration experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Ability to work independently with initiative
  • Experience in training delivery and support

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Background in technical or industrial training
  • Experience with Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
  • Knowledge of nuclear industry standards
  • Project management skills
  • Stakeholder management experience

Salary, Hours and Location:

  • £220 PAYE to £301 UMBRELLA per day
  • Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday
  • Based in Hinkley Point C, Somerset
