Product Engineering Team Leader - Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone to take on a 50/50 role - Hands on leading from the front and managing a small team
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a small team of Product Engineers, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business objectives.
  • Oversee and contribute to the development and maintenance of product engineering tools, working practices, and project databases.
  • Respond to engineering enquiries, produce manufacturing print sets, and support new product/process development in line with the business plan.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external customers, presenting project outcomes and supporting technical training.

Product Engineering Team Leader - Essential Requirements/Experience:

  • Proven experience / An interest in leading engineering teams and working within cross-functional project environments
  • Strong engineering / manufacturing background
  • Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office, with a strong ability to balance design, manufacturing, quality, and cost considerations.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and resourceful attitude.
