This exciting initiative is set to commence in Q4 2025, with pre-construction duties kicking off immediately.
What You'll Do Pre-Contract Responsibilities:
- Shape project estimates and tenders through site visits and operational team collaboration.
- Contribute to tender adjudication and interviews, ensuring seamless preparation of documents and programming of work.
- Identify and implement value engineering opportunities.
Post-Contract Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while exceeding client expectations.
- Drive adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Oversee resource allocation, subcontractor management, and performance monitoring.
- Lead contract review meetings and manage client relationships with professionalism and precision.
- Ensure smooth project handovers and successful soft landing processes.
