What will you do?

Promote a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, organising training, conducting assessments, and participating in incident investigations.
Manage and coordinate teams, assess their competency, communicate job requirements, assign tasks, and address issues to maintain morale and productivity.
Participate in and monitor safety toolbox meetings.
Ensure adherence to project plans, verify that tools and materials are available, manage daily/weekly activities, and resolve scheduling conflicts with other teams and contractors.
Ensure that all work is carried out to the required quality standards and in accordance with project specifications, overseeing the execution of tasks, reviewing inspection reports, and taking action to resolve any quality concerns.
Prepare and review reports on the progress of the construction teams, including production, work completion, and any changes to the scope of work.
Approve material requisitions, ensuring accurate documentation.
Manage supervisor logs and ensure compliance with administrative requirements.

What will you need?

Mechanical/Electrical Degree/HND/HNC or relevant experience
Completed CILM Training
CSCS Managers & Professionals or CCNSG
Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar field, with knowledge of all construction trades
