Our client is a well-established, respected law firm with offices within Somerset, seeking a skilled and motivated Head of Residential Conveyancing to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a busy department while delivering high-quality conveyancing services to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

      Oversee and manage the residential conveyancing team, ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert advice and support on residential property transactions.

Lead and develop the team, providing training and support to junior solicitors and paralegals.

Drive the department's growth, identifying opportunities for improvement, development, and business acquisition.

Ensure the team adheres to compliance and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements:

      Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant experience in residential conveyancing.

Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within a large firm.

Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

A proactive approach to business development and team management.

Ability to work independently while contributing to the overall success of the firm.
