Our client, an established independent firm in the Bridgwater area, is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team with on target salary up to £30,000 plus benefits including pension and mileage allowance.As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating viewings and valuations, attending viewings and valuations, registering tenants, providing regular landlord feedback, and dealing with general enquiries. In addition, you will be expected to work towards individual and team targets and handle some property management duties.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of lettings experience and a proven track record in a target-focused environment. You should possess the confidence and ability to quickly build rapport with customers, as well as the skills to spot opportunities and multitask effectively. A reliable, energetic, tenacious, and results-driven approach is essential for success in this role. Additionally, you must have your own car for appointments.In return for your skills and experience, our client offers an excellent salary in the range of basic £21,000 to £23,000 (can be negotiable depending on your level of expertise) with on target earnings in the region of £30,000 per annum. Call Fran Kent for more information. Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm and every other Saturday morning with time off in lieu of Saturdays worked therefore a five day week.
