Reed is excited to be working with an amazing client on multiple positions. We're on the lookout for experienced Recruitment Advisors to join the team.

About the Role: As a People Resourcing Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across various levels within the business unit, from our workforce to salaried staff. Your role will be pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and selecting candidates with the technical expertise and safety-oriented mindset needed to thrive in the Industrial Services sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and exciting project in the Southwest.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment and resourcing process from initial requisition through onboarding, including job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Source qualified candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Brand Promotion: Assist in promoting the company’s brand and reputation within the Industrial Services sector to attract higher calibre talent.
  • Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs, particularly for high-demand positions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Employment Law and internal policies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with the onsite People & Training and Operations Department to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, ensuring all pre-employment checks are complete to hand over to the Onboarding Team to arrange Security Clearance for the site.
  • Job Description Development: Work with Operations and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and build job descriptions.
  • HR System Maintenance: Maintain our HR System from a recruitment perspective, raising requisitions and managing the pipeline.
  • Job Board Utilisation: Utilise job boards such as our Careers Site, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Agency Spend Reduction: Work to reduce agency spend. Where applicable, collaborate with recruitment agencies when necessary, negotiating terms and ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Innovative Recruitment: Explore new ways of recruiting to ensure we are maximising the talent pool.
  • Internal Relationship Building: Develop and maintain internal relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of internal recruitment requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to sourcing talent and problem-solving.
  • CIPD or related HR qualification is desirable.

Due to security, this role will require you to commute by bus to the site and is working 5 days a week on site with the potential flexibility for the ideal candidate.
