A great opportunity for an experienced Sub Agent/Shift Manager to join one of the regions busiest contractors on a freelance basis. As Sub Agent/Shift Manager you will be part of a driven team on a tunnelling bias scheme in the Somerset area.
As a Sub Agent/Shift Manager you will:
- Be responsible for delivering schemes-inception to handover.
- Contribute to the day to day operations on site, including labour/plant/materials allocation, temporary works, health and safety.
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget, within programme deadlines and to our clients technical specifications.
- Liaise regularly with Site Agents, providing programme and progress reports.
Our client requires a Sub Agent/Shift Manager with:
- ONC/HNC/Degree or in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience with tunnel boring machine (TBM) projects.
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS Managers card.
Salary/Benefits:
- 400 - 450 per shift PAYE
