JOB TITLE: Temporary Administrator
LOCATION: Bridgwater
HOURLY RATE: 13.00 - 13.50 P/H starting salary
HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday (39 hours, flexible on start and finish times)

THE ROLE: We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's HR department on a temporary basis until September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a real impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Crafting letters related to employee start dates, contracts, and disciplinary/grievance meetings
  • Ensuring documents are sent to the correct personnel
  • Managing diaries and booking meetings
  • Taking light minutes, noting key points from meetings
  • Supporting the team with various HR projects, including the implementation of a new system
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees
  • Coordinating training sessions and workshops
  • Maintaining and updating employee records
  • Responding to HR-related queries and providing administrative support

KEY SKILLS:

  • High attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • An interest in HR is beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
