We are seeking a proactive and driven Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a leading UK business in their field. The Role:
- Manage and reconcile the purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy.
- Resolve discrepancies in payment proposals and process urgent invoices.
- Request missing invoices and manually allocate payments.
- Review and adjust intercompany balance statements.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and support the production of financial accounts.
You must have...
- Proficient in Sage and experienced with other accounting software.
- Exceptional customer service and phone support skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
- Experience in Purchase Ledger or a similar finance role.
