Salary of up to £30k + funded professional studies + hybrid working (3 days in the office) + attractive benefits package

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the preparation of monthly customer invoicing reports
  • Complete comprehensive payroll reconciliations on a monthly basis
  • Process large-scale operational reconciliations regularly
  • Undertake ledger account reconciliations in alignment with management accounts
  • Execute nominal ledger tasks including journal entries, cross-charges and period-end reconciliations
  • Support the development of balance sheet preparation with thorough reconciliation documentation
  • Ensure accurate capture and allocation of revenues and costs
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and non-financial metrics to maintain service delivery standards
  • Provide comprehensive support to Finance Managers across various contract areas

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or demonstrable finance experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to adapt and respond promptly to stakeholder requirements
  • First-rate communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
