About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our end client projects. In this position, you will lead the commercial management of contracts from creation through execution, ensuring optimal operational and financial performance while minimizing risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Award Support: Define commercial requirements and participate in ITT evaluation and negotiations.
  • Contract Management: Administer contracts, manage relationships with suppliers, and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and recommend actions for commercial risks and claims.
  • Reporting & Reviews: Implement progress and cost management, lead contract reviews, and ensure timely financial reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in commercial or contract management, preferably in the power construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of risk management and contract performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with various contract methodologies and best practices.
