We are recruiting for a Store Manager to join a globally established footwear/accessories brand, leading one of their highest footfall outlet stores in Somerset. This is a great opportunity for either an experienced Store Manager or Supervisor/Assistant Manager looking for the next step up. The brand are opening new stores and growing their wholesale, international and online businesses, so this couldn't be a better time to join them! The Role:You’ll join our vibrant team in our Somerset outlet store where you will play an integral role at the heart of our business. You’ll inspire our teams to deliver the brand experience and exceed our customers’ expectations in service and in-store experience. Our Store Managers are experts in their field and with their commercial instinct they are always looking for ways to make improvements. You’ll enjoy making sure that customer service is a priority, that our teams are happy and motivated whilst driving the success of your store. This success of course, will all be done whilst having fun working with fabulous teams and beautiful product! We want you to love what you do as much as we do.
