Position - Support Workers

About the role - The children in your care will have complex needs and behavioural difficulties. They require emotional support so your role will be to establish trust and give lots of encouragement to help the persons confidence grow. Duties will include support with recreational activities such as bowling and swimming, basic living skills within the home and accessing the community
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required - Previous experience working with the same client group and can evidence what it takes to care for vulnerable people
