- Support triage decision-making processes in safeguarding cases.
- Conduct Section 42 enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014.
- Develop and implement effective protection plans.
- Provide direct support to individuals at risk of, or experiencing, abuse or neglect.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures.
- Assess and manage risk while working collaboratively with multi-agency partners.
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
- Previous experience in adult safeguarding and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding legislation.
- Excellent record-keeping and risk assessment skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
