Job Description:Candidates will be responsible for carrying out responsive property inspections in customers' homes across Somerset. This role involves working independently with our automated scheduling system and managing a varied, large, and challenging workload.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct responsive property inspections.
Complete response repair surveys, mutual exchanges, minor works surveys.
Investigate issues related to damp, condensation, and mould.
Oversee minor works, refurbishment projects, and general surveying tasks.
Collaborate with maintenance colleagues to schedule repairs.
Maintain a high focus on customer satisfaction.
