Are you a motivated and technically skilled professional?

We're looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales growth .Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing technical expertise, and offering tailored solutions across various sectors like manufacturing, mining, steel, nuclear, energy, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams for custom solutions.
  • Technical Consultation:
    • Provide technical support on braking systems.
    • Deliver technical presentations and proposals.
    • Troubleshoot and solve complex customer challenges.
  • Customer Solutions Development:
    • Understand customer needs and provide performance-enhancing solutions.
    • Translate requirements into engineering specs.
    • Offer after-sales technical support.
  • Market & Product Expertise:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
    • Train clients on product functionality and maintenance.
    • Contribute to product development with customer feedback.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage the sales process from lead generation to post-sale support.
    • Develop sales plans and manage key accounts.
    • Prepare detailed quotes and sales reports.
Qualifications:
  • Education: HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering prefferable
  • Experience: 3+ years in technical sales, preferably in industrial or mechanical systems NOT essential
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
    • Problem-solving mindset and team player.
    • Proficient with CRM & ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
    • Willingness to travel regularly.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of industrial braking systems.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial machinery.
  • Familiarity with CAD software.
