A transport planner is needed for a busy and friendly office environment, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm.
The role involves building loads and planning routes efficiently, as well as regularly reviewing and updating plans.
Candidates should be able to quote prices for the movement of loads and ensure all company systems and paperwork are accurately maintained.
Collaboration with workshop colleagues to meet resource requirements and service schedules is essential.
The position typically requires a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Working within a busy friendly transport office. Office based Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm.

Build loads and plan routes efficiently and effectively
Regularly review and update plans and communicate with all relevant colleagues
Quote prices for movement of loads upon request
Ensure all company systems are updated accurately and on a timely basis and relevant paperwork is in place
Work closely with workshop colleagues to ensure resource requirements and service schedules are met
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
