A transport planner is needed for a busy and friendly office environment, working Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 7pm.
The role involves building loads, planning routes, and regularly reviewing and updating plans while communicating with colleagues.
Candidates should be able to quote prices for load movements and ensure all company systems and paperwork are updated accurately and timely.
Collaboration with workshop colleagues is essential to meet resource requirements and service schedules.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, with a salary of £30,000 per year.

Working within a busy friendly transport office. Office based Monday to Friday 9.30am - 7pm

Transport planner rrequuired.

Build loads and plan routes efficiently and effectively
Regularly review and update plans and communicate with all relevant colleagues
Quote prices for movement of loads upon request
Ensure all company systems are updated accurately and on a timely basis and relevant paperwork is in place
Work closely with workshop colleagues to ensure resource requirements and service schedules are met
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
