- Deliver teacher training and development qualifications to internal staff and external learners as required.
- Teach and assess a range of courses, including those related to teaching, assessing, and internal quality assurance, as dictated by curriculum needs.
- Prepare and develop teaching materials, including schemes of work, lesson plans, assessment plans, and other resources that support effective learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student assessments, both formative and summative.
- Communicate relevant examination entry details and schedules to students.
- Proactively contribute to the success and ongoing development of the department and the wider organisation.
- Bring extensive experience in delivering teacher training and development qualifications and courses.
- PGCE, Cert Ed, DTTLs, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- 5 GCSEs at Grade A* to C or grade 4 and above, including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).
- Knowledge and experience of a range of provision types and levels delivered within the FE sector.
- Demonstrable professional knowledge of curriculum development and innovative delivery methods.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
