We are working exclusively with a business in Bridlington who are looking to add to their administration team.  

What the Administrator job involves

  • Answering the telephone, taking accurate messages and transferring calls.
  • Typing letters and emails for clients.
  • Updating spreadsheets weekly with management information.
  • Scanning all documents and uploading to the electronic filing system.
  • Sending letters and documents to clients via Adobe for electronic signatures.
  • Booking jobs onto the system for colleagues.
  • Updating a number of external client portals with data.
  • Covering Reception when needed, managing post in and franking to be sent out.
  • Occasionally going to a clients office to collect / drop off urgent documents.  

Skills required

  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role
  • Fully computer literate with MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Full Driving Licence to be able to drive the company pool car.
  • Team working experience and flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Other information

  • Full time Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 5.00 with 1 hour for lunch
  • 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
  • Discretionary company bonus paid twice a year
  • Salary Sacrifice benefits package available
