What the customer services adviser job involves

  • You are the main point of contact for calls coming into the customer services team
  • Dealing with enquiries from customers over the phone and via email
  • Accurately updating customer details on the inhouse system, logging all information
  • Supporting customers to find resolutions to their enquiries
  • Speaking to new and existing customers on a daily basis over the telephone

Skills required

  • Customer Service experience from a customer focused environment
  • Experience of using different software / computer packages
  • Good at following processes and finding solutions to problems
  • Relationship building experience with existing customers

Other information

  • 40 hours a week with 2.5 hours given back in lieu each week
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus an additional 2 days given to be taken in lieu of Christmas 
  • Carparking available at both the Scarborough and Bridlington offices
  • The option to work at either the Scarborough or the Bridlington office
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Wellbeing App available to all staff with access to counselling if required
  • Quarterly bonus payable to all employees after completion of the probationary period
  • Annual salary review
