Job Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Bridlington, YO16
Pay: from 95 to 110 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting students with their learning activities, both individually and in groups.
- Assisting the teacher in preparing classroom resources and materials.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Providing support to students with special educational needs (SEN) where appropriate.
- Supervising students during break times and other non-classroom activities.
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Following school policies and procedures.
- Providing feedback to the teacher on student progress.
The ideal candidate MUST have:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable).
- A genuine passion for supporting student learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
- Two satisfactory professional references from the past two years.
- A current Enhanced DBS check registered with the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
