Our client, a global leader in their field, is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join their expanding team.
In this role, you will provide advanced technical support across hardware, software, and network systems while working on projects within a global setting. Key Responsibilities- Resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues at 2nd/3rd line levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless IT operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing IT best practices, including documenting processes.
- Support technologies such as Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Linux environments, Microsoft 365, and office networks.
- Manage Active Directory, VPNs, virtualisation technologies, and security tools.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments, Microsoft 365, firewalls, switches, and WAP devices using TCP/IP.
- Hands-on experience with ITIL, Cyber Essentials, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with VPNs, virtualisation technologies, and security tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, VMware, Microsoft 365) are advantageous.
- Experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
