We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and driven individual to join a team in Bridlington as a Customer Sales Administrator to support the smooth delivery of business-to-business transactions.

The customer sales department is a vibrant, fast-paced environment, and we need someone capable of handling a range of tasks. Whether you're answering the phone, amending price lists, or managing customer enquiries, you'll thrive on the variety that comes with no two days being the same.

This role requires flexibility, as you'll be completing tasks based on business needs. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential as you handle both customer and company documentation. A high level of computer literacy is also necessary to succeed in this position.

As a Customer Sales Administrator you will:

  • Support the customer sales team with administrative tasks, such as processing quotes and order acknowledgements
  • Produce accurate, concise work with a focus on detail
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and distributors globally
  • Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM system, serving as the main point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Interact with people across all levels of the organisation, ensuring exceptional customer service
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, working 32 hours per week from Tuesday to Friday.
