Primary Tutor

Are you a qualified primary teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to support children who are unable to attend school? GSL Education is seeking compassionate and experienced Primary Teachers to provide 1:1 tutoring to children in the Bridlington area. 

About the Role:

As a 1:1 Tutor, you will work closely with children who have a diagnosed special educational need and are unable to attend mainstream school. Tuition is delivered in the student’s home or a community setting, focusing on core subjects such as English, Maths, and other primary curriculum areas to help them continue their education in a way that suits their needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS/QTLS).
  • Experience working with SEND students, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
  • Ability to create engaging, individualised learning plans.
  • Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to teaching.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
