Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an exciting Luxury Wellness Resort in Bridport (West Dorset) who are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join their growing management structure.

What's involved?As a Duty Manager you will be able to showcase your previous hospitality experience to lead from the front and ensure that service is as good as can possibly be; whether that's liaising with the guest relations team for a special occasion, or simply giving advice on the many activities available to your guests, you will be the forefront of the guest experience.

This role would suit someone who is able to work across multiple teams, who relishes in the opportunity to create something new and react to different guests and their needs. You'll be able to bring new ideas to the table, and champion initiatives to improve processes.
