Head Chef - Busy Holiday Park Facility - Temporary Live-in - Up to 35K - Bridport, Dorset
We're searching for an enthusiastic chef with experience of working in high volume outlets, some experience of working in holiday parks would be of benefit but is not essential. All year round position to include seasonal and winter function trade. As Head Chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen to include all aspects of health, safety and hygiene.
As Head Chef you will lead and inspire a team of cooks and kitchen staff, help plan and develop menus, manage inventory, and collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.You should be creative, innovative and be an excellent communicator and a team worker. You will design menus, order stocks and have overall responsibility for stock control.
