Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal/Solicitor?

Our highly-regarded client, based in Dorset are searching for an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal or a 3 years + PQE Solicitor to join their Commercial Conveyancing Team in Bridport.


You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients. The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.


Some experience in commercial conveyancing would be preferable. Alternatively, (3yrs +) in residential conveyancing with a strong interest in commercial work would be appropriate, in order to be considered.


Key Attributes include:


  • Ability to negotiate effectively
  • Knowledge of property development,plot developments, bank finance work, leases and licences.
  • Ensure the highest level of client care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A sense of initiative and enthusiasm
  • Good IT skills
