General Operative

Frontline Recruitment is seeking General Operatives to assist with various operations for one of our valued clients. This position includes a range of responsibilities, such as inspecting and organizing flat components, transporting materials between departments, performing basic assembly, preparing materials, and packing items for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transporting materials within the workplace
• Carrying out basic assembly tasks
• Masking, bunging, and prepping parts for finishing
• Checking and organizing flat components
• Packing goods for dispatch

• Strong attention to detail
• Motivated and diligent work ethic
• Adaptable and flexible approach
• Patience and precision in tasks
• Basic computer skills to follow digital instructions
• A counterbalance forklift license (preferred but not essential)
